About the Recipe

Chia Seeds
are a great source of protein and Omega 3 fatty acids

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Pumpkin purée, canned

  • 1 cup Almond milk, unsweetened (or another non-dairy milk)

  • 1/4 cup Chia seeds

  • 2 tbsp Maple syrup

  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract, pure

  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon, ground

  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg, ground

  • 1 tsp Pumpkin pie spice

  • 1 dash Salt

Preparation

Step 1


In a glass bowl or high speed blender, combine ingredients.


Step 2


Chill in refrigerator 4-12 hrs.


Enjoy!!!! Great for breakfast or as a snack
