About the Recipe
Chia Seeds
are a great source of protein and Omega 3 fatty acids

Ingredients
1/2 cup Pumpkin purée, canned
1 cup Almond milk, unsweetened (or another non-dairy milk)
1/4 cup Chia seeds
2 tbsp Maple syrup
1 tsp Vanilla extract, pure
1/2 tsp Cinnamon, ground
1/4 tsp Nutmeg, ground
1 tsp Pumpkin pie spice
1 dash Salt
Preparation
Step 1
In a glass bowl or high speed blender, combine ingredients.
Step 2
Chill in refrigerator 4-12 hrs.
Enjoy!!!! Great for breakfast or as a snack
