History of Burn Fitness 24/7
Burn Fitness 24/7 was founded in 2006 and changed ownership in 2018. The gym has always been centered around its community, with leadership deeply committed to supporting it both within and outside of Burn Fitness 24/7.
Current owner Jennifer C. began her career as a preschool teacher and care provider. In 2010, she ventured into group fitness by leading Zumba classes, combining her passion for teaching, caring, and creative expression. She then became an entrepreneur, offering various group fitness classes to schools, preschools, churches, and community centers. In 2011, Jennifer joined Burn Fitness 24/7 as a manager, recruiting dedicated instructors who shared her enthusiasm for making fitness enjoyable and accessible. She furthered her education in personal training, CPR, and nutritional coaching, developing programs that emphasize a holistic approach to health. In 2018, Jennifer purchased Burn Fitness and has since worked to expand its vision.

Owner/CPT/CNC
Certified Personal and Group Trainer and Nutritional Coach with over 18 years of experience, serving clients from toddlers to seniors. I consistently improve my expertise through ongoing certifications in fitness and nutrition.

Megan S
PTA/CPT
Megan is a Certified Personal Trainer, Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant and Professional Figure Skating Coach. She is joining Burn Fitness with 20+ years of experience coaching and training athletes on and off the ice and has 17+ years of experience in providing physical therapy services.

Yoga Instructer
Vicki is an E-RYT registered Yoga teacher with over 1000 hours of teaching experience. She specializes in mindful movement, focusing on breath, slow transitions, and joint alignment. Vicki's classes are welcoming and tailored to all abilities, helping students relieve pain, improve mobility, and find peace in their day. Join Vicki for small group or personal yoga sessions at Burn Fitness and exxperience expert guidance in a supportive community.
