About the Recipe

Ingredients
4 slices of bread
1 small avocado
1⁄4 teaspoon lime juice
1 pinch of salt
6-10 cherry tomatoes, halved
Feta Cheese (optional)
Preparation
Put the bread into toaster and start it toasting.
Meanwhile, scoop out the avocado flesh and put into a bowl.
Add lime juice and pinch of salt and then mash all of it together until pretty much smooth.
Spread avocado mixture over toast.
Distribute the cherry tomatoes between the slices and place them on top.
Sprinkle with Feta if desired and Serve.
